1. Web Design – one-time service

Payments

We’ll create the home page of the site first, after which we expect the first payment of half of the expected cost of the site.

The remaining payment for the website, along with any other services you may have used, can be made after the website development has been completed. This does not include completion of content and site launch.

You own the site immediately after it’s been fully paid for.

While we may own the site before it’s been paid for, you are still legally responsible for it and its content.

Service cancellation

If you choose to cancel the service part way through the website-build, you will be charged for any completed work. For example, if we have built 5 pages of a 20 page site when you decide to cancel, you will be charged for the cost of a 5 page site.

Termination

By failing to comply with any of our terms or pay outstanding fees, we reserve the right to suspend your website and our services.

2. Hosting Plan Terms

Payments

On all hosting plans, you must commit to an initial 12-month contract. The first payment must be made within 7 days of site launch. Payments can be made every 1, 3, 6 or 12 months.

We reserve the right to change the monthly price for our services any time after the initial 12-month period, or at any time (including the initial 12-month period) if the scale or complexity of the site changes significantly.

Service cancellation

You can cancel your subscription at any time, with one months notice.

If you choose to cancel your subscription during the initial 12-month contract, you must pay the outstanding cost of the remaining months in full. The site will be taken offline, and the website files and database will be provided once payment has been received.

If you choose to cancel your subscription after the initial 12-month contract, you do not have to make any further payments. The site will be taken offline, and the website files and database will be provided.

Termination

By failing to comply with any of the terms & conditions or failing to pay outstanding fees, we reserve the right to terminate or suspend your website and our services.

We reserve the right to change, suspend, or terminate any of the services we provide at our sole discretion and without notice.

Upon termination, we have the right to delete all files, data or information associated with the terminated services.

3. Maintenance Plan Terms

Payments

You must pay for your plan in increments of 1, 6, or 12 months.

Please note that refunds are not offered if you choose to cancel your plan before the end of the prepaid period.

We reserve the right to change the monthly price for our services at any time, and we reserve the right to request additional payment on top of the prepaid amount if the monthly price for your plan increases.

If you have prepaid for a 6 or 12 month period, price increases will not come into effect until the next payment cycle.

Service cancellation

You can cancel your subscription at the end of your current payment cycle, although you must give one months notice.

Please note that refunds are not offered if you choose to cancel your plan before the end of the prepaid period.

If you cancel your subscription, you are free to migrate your site to your new hosting provider.

Termination

We reserve the right to change, suspend, or terminate any of the services we provide at our sole discretion and without notice.

Development Time

You are entitled to two hours of free development time per month, after which any additional website development will be charged at our general rate.

Each month’s development time must be used within that month. Development time that has not been used within that month does not rollover to the next month and is no longer redeemable. Using the development time from past or future months is not permitted.
